For our client, a British company that establishes a new Contact Centre in Cracow, we are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of Customer Service Specialist with Norwegian/Hungarian/German
While working on this position, you will be a part of a regional team to drive sales, gain market shares. Your tasks will include establishing new and continuing existing relationships, delivering sales, as well as solving customer’s queries.
A successful candidate should be fluent in Norwegian or Hungarian or German and very good in English. Knowledge of sales techniques or experience in customer service would be a strong advantage. We are looking for open and proactive individuals with great communication, negotiation and influencing skills. The Candidate should also be highly committed and motivated to achieve goals.
