Company: Our client is an international News and Media group, with more than 2000 customers in 26 countries in Europe and USA. They have developed a suite of media solutions for their corporate clients - investors, private shareholders, analysts, journalists and Internet partners - and are rapidly growing their customer base. New opportunities exist for an ambitious French speaker with English to join the customer service team.
Role: The successful candidate will be required to provide support to our client’s global investors and public relations client base. You will also resolve any client tasks and requests both as front-desk and back-office depending on your particular role within the team. He/She will also provide support to our clients in the area of software and internal applications by phone and email. Further to this the role will involve consolidating existing customers and targeting potential customers along with carrying out some administration tasks.
Skills: Applicants must be fluent in French and English other languages would be greatly appreciated. Candidates must have a University Degree, strong knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver or Photoshop and be a proficient IT user in the area of MS Office, Excel etc. Candidates must have experience in a client service environment within the last 5 years to be considered for this role. He/She must be able to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving team orientated environment and possess excellent communication skills to be considered for this role.
