We are looking for a candidate for one of our multinational partner for the following role:
SCANDINAVIAN CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALISTS

Main Tasks:
• Answer customer questions over the phone
• Provide support for customers and partner companies via phone and email
• Handel customer complaints
• Solve ad-hock issues
• Keeping contact with other centres within company in Europe
The ideal applicant:
• Speaks Norwegian and Swedish and Danish on conversational level; one of these languages on a very high, almost native level
• Speaks good English
• Has very good communication skills
• Helpful
• Has excellent problem solving skills
• Customer oriented
• University/college degree is an advantage
• 1-2 years experience within SSC/BSC or other customer service field is also an advantage
