Job Purpose
PokerStars is seeking to expand its team of Security Specialists to work from London. You will be responsible for responding to security and customer related emails, fraud detection and prevention.

Detect and prevent fraud
Processing of Real money transfers
Verification of cash out
Essential
fluency in Russian, with an excellent command of English.
Investigation skills
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player and have excellent organisational skills
Excellent level of English, written and spoken
Strong attention to detail
Desirable
Experience in credit card fraud/investigation
Knowledge of online money processing
Previous banking /poker industry experience
