The open position Accounts Payable Manager
Your main responsibilities are:
* Direct leading and supervizing of entrusted AP team departement
* Direct coaching and motivating of team leaders
* Measuring of team performance, quality and SLAs
* KPI Management, improvement of processes
* Budget planning, Payroll and benefits flow
* Operational escalation of customers issues, regular meeting
* Implementation of incoming projects
* Liason with local HR departement, improving of HR processes
* Daily communication with employees or hiring manager
REQUIREMENTS
* High school education (economics) / University degree
* Work experience in a managerial position (at least 4 years)
* Good people management skills
* Knowledge of Financial processes within SSC
* Excellent command of English
* Good knowledge of SAP
* Detail and customer oriented person
* Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
* Experience from a Shared Service Centre
* Team player
* Punctuality
