Tasks
• Interacting with customers, managers and employees in various ways by providing support on behalf of the organization in the fields of Finance / HR / Procurement or Sales
• Giving guidance and solving problems in accordance with the company’s policy
• Preparing weekly, monthly, yearly reports and being responsible for other administrative tasks
Requirements
• Fluent in English and Swedish
• Organization skills and methodical approach are important as well as the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer focused attitude
• Able to maintain high standards when under pressure
