SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Gaming Finance Telemarketer required to join a leading Online Gaming company based at their corporate headquarters in Gibraltar. This job is ideal for an experienced Gaming Finance Telemarketer who has the initiative and ability to push our client's online business to the next level of success. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and progressive company in the Online Gaming sector.
Responsibilities:
- Bubbly / Excellent telephone manner required
- Experience working with MS office and telephone
- Making a high volume of outbound calls
- Attempting to confirm customers are over 18
- Offering compensation bonus to players if date of birth successfully verified
- Working alongside Gaming Finance Fraud and Verification team
- Maintaining a call outcome tracker
Requirements:
- Gaming Experience (not essential)
- Settled in Spain / Gibraltar for at least 6 months
- Fraud Prevention / Age Verification Experience preferred but not essential
