SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit a Junior Fraud Analyst to join one of Europe's oldest and well known Online Gaming companies based in Gibraltar. This role of Junior Fraud Analyst is ideal for an individual who has previous experience in risk, fraud or credit and is looking for the right opportunity within an Online Gaming company to develop a career.
Fraud Analyst Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the payment security system
- Running reports and merging the data into Excel
- Running Age Verification
- Monitoring for fraudulent payments / withdrawals and taking appropriate actions
- Monitoring for any promotion or bonus fraud /abuse
- Monitoring for any potential money laundering activity
- Resolving any chargeback claims
- Monitoring for any transactions from banned countries / territories
- Answering customers queries via phone & email
- Close liaison with other departments
Fraud Analyst Profile:
- Previous work experience in Online Security or as a Fraud Analyst
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken
- Driven individual with a great attention to detail
- Able to work on own initiative as well as in a team environment
