For our Client, an international outsourcing Company in the field of IT services, we are looking for Dutch speaking Candidates for a Customer Service Representative position.
You will be responsible for customer first line support in the IT field.
Requirements:
fluent knowledge of Dutch, very good knowledge of English;
ability to work in a team;
ability to make quick decisions;
experience in customer service would be an advantage
willing to develop IT skills
