Cathedral Recruitment is operating as an employment agency, is currently seeking a 'Mixed Signal Test Engineer' to work with one of our most prestigious clients over in Germany. This is a 10 month contract with possible extensions.
The role:
* Responsible for developing test program on ATE (Teradyne J750 & FLEX) for mixed signal products; definition of test hardware
* Definition and implementation of concepts for design for testability (DFT)
* Design verification and characterization of silicon; assessment of characterization data
* Responsible for parallel test concepts and methodologies
* Generation of test documentation
Skils/Qualification:
* Master/Bachelor degree in electrical or equivalent
* About 2 years experience in mixed signal test on ATE (preferred Teradyne J750 & FLEX)
* Good know how in analog / digital circuits and corresponding measurement techniques.
* Experience in software development (Visual Basic, Perl) and in software engineering
* Knowledge of integrated circuits in CMOS technology
* Experience in ATE HW Development
* Basic skills in statistics (SPC, CP, CPK etc.)
* Strong team player
* Good knowledge of the english language
Duration:
Mar-2012 (or earlier) to Dec-2012
