Project Manager/IT Manager – Central and Eastern Region
Based : Dortmund, Germany
Salary : Total Package Circa : 70,000 euro, plus benefit and bonus package
Overview

The organisation is an innovative, customer centric company, providing specialist products in the engineering sector. Due to planned growth in Germany, they are looking to secure an IT Manager to lead and participate in all major Information technology projects that impact the region.
Reporting to the IT Director, based in the UK, you will be responsible for facilitating and measuring progress on tactical changes in the region, and for leading change for all major IT initiatives. You will take responsibility for all IT issues in Germany and Eastern Europe, working closely with the European Management team.
Key Responsibilities include:-
• Project leadership for key IT initiatives across Germany and Poland.
• End user support and training
• Vendor and supplier management
• Change management
The ideal candidate will offer the following:-
• Exposure to ITIL, Prince or other project management methodology
• Professional computing qualifications, degree preferred
• Exposure to an AS 400, RPG environment
• Track record of partnering with business managers to ensure change is adopted with key stakeholders
• Major ERP deployment experience
• Fluent English and German skills.
