Our client is a leading designer of ladies and men’s Clothes, shoes, handbags, accessories and ready-to-wear.
We are currently seeking an experienced Store Manager to be responsible to manage the recently opened Düsseldorf Store.
Description:
- Has excellent interpersonal communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team with proven sales success in a similar environment
- Is focused on developing a strong client base and committed to providing the highest level of customer service
- Can build and foster a collaborative team environment
- Is exceptionally organized with a high level of attention to detail
- Is committed to developing the brand in Düsseldorf
- Wants to be part of a rapidly growing brand and team
Profile:
- The great candidate will have at least three to four years of retail management experience, preferably with a luxury or prestige brand, and will be someone who thrives on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Is highly motivated with a strong sense of initiative and drive
- Has a demonstrated track record of commitment and loyalty to developing a strong retail business and brand
- Is passionate about retail, fashion and international luxury brands
