A Multinational FMCG company based in Dusseldorf, Germany is now looking for a Multilingual Sales Executive who is fluent, or has a very advanced understanding of, German and English plus Japanese or Chinese languages, to join their successful and expanding team.
Your duties will involve:
• Organising and meeting suppliers and clients at their offices to discuss company products, order taking and cross selling different services/products
• Speaking with existing clients and developing relationships with new businesses over the telephone and face-to-face
• Creating and processing invoices, credit and debit notes.
• Setting up customer accounts and managing orders until delivery.
• Ordering from international suppliers and making international purchase orders.
• Reception cover when required during first year of service.
• Software use includes Excel and Word.
The successful candidates will need to have business level languages as you will be communicating directly with Managers and Directors.
Previous working experience in Import/Export is advantageous as well as a basic understanding of the German language for liaising with internal staff and departments, but not essential.
Salary:
€26,000 plus company car and benefits after probationary period is complete
Work permit support available
