Company: Our client is a company who operates in the hospitality sector and has been extremely successful. Due to the recent success of their business they now have available a position for a German Field Sales Associates based in Frankfurt Germany.
Role: In this position you must support and direct reports by actively participating and leading client and prospect meetings. You will also be required to provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new recruits.The Sales Associate will work closely with the marketing team at the restaurant (CRM) systems to develop and implement. Compose and send out newsletters and marketing emails to potential restaurant customers. In addition weekly forecasts must also be conducted along with reporting all sales activity to senior sales management. Finally the incumbent must consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results to ensure targets are being met.
Skills: The ideal candidate must be fluent in German and English to be considered for this role. To be considered suitable for this role you must have a minimum of 1-2 years years experience in telephone customer service of restaurant operations and. A College degree is preferred but not essential experience in telesales or field is desirable.Excellent communication skills are also very important as you will be required to prepare and deliver presentations.
