The role:
• Deliver exceptional pre and post sales customer service around product lines.
• Interact with Online Store customers through multiple channels simultaneously as part of a customer-facing role.
• Create, build and nurture relationships with customers by providing a

• Have a firm grasp on the ecosystem and be able to communicate technical aspects of our products in non-technical terms.
• Understand and convey the positivity of corporate values to our customers.
Your Profile:
• Fluent or native German speaker with excellent command of English
• Any of the following areas may be of interest (not exclusively) –
Retail, Sales, Teaching, Drama, Business Owners, Hospitality, Travel,
• Skilled at managing and maintaining relationships
• Good at translating ‘techno-speak’ in to “layman's” terms
• Proven demonstration skills
• Proficient computer & keyboard skills
• Previous people-facing roles where the emphasis has been on quality
• of service.
