For our client IBM D CSS in Erfurt we are looking for technical suppport specialists who are fluent in a Scandinavian language (Finnish, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian) as well as in English or German:
Job role:
Front- and Backdesk support for Microsoft Windows platform, standard software and additional customer specific software;
initial support for hardware incidents,
qualified dialogue with the end user to analyze incidents and isolate errors,
incident coordination with resolver groups,
incident documentation,
forwarding of qualified incident reports to resolver groups (including 3rd party providers),
maintenance of knowledge and process documentation.
Technical premises:
substantiated knowledge of Windows operating system, Microsoft Windows, Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and network,
fluent knowledge (in spoken and written) Finnish or Swedish or Norwegian or Danish and English
Individual premises:
confident appearance in customer and IBM internal environment,
excellent communication skills,
professional analytical skills,
dedicated and self dependent work,
ability to teach,
willingness to continuing education,
willingness to team work,
willingness to shift work,
toughness.
