In the context of expanding our Global Finance & Administration Team at the headquarter in Switzerland we are as of now searching for a highly motivated
Financial Analyst (f/m) / 100%
The key focus of this role is to support the Brand Management in achieving the company’s growth and profitability objectives by providing consistent and reliable management reports. As the primary finance liaison with the brand leadership team for all product P&L related matters the major tasks include:
Your roles & responsibilities
• Analyse target and actual product margins by country on segment and style level with split between novelties and running
• Calculate ROI for new novelty collections (development and marketing costs, bargain creation, SKU complexity)
• Analyse income statement by brand and provide commentary to business development and business leaders
• Ensure consistency, reliability and proper interpretation of global and regional reporting for the different sales country locations
• Review inventory management and demand forecasting impact on P&L and cash flow
• Prepare presentations and other supporting materials for recommendations on opportunities to improve contribution
• Enhance reporting system in SAP SEM/BW and MS Excel in coordination with IT and business process owners (mainly on project basis)
• Perform strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting on sustainable profitable growth scenarios
Your ideal profile
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance
• 2-3 years of professional experience in controlling or business analysis required (ideally in Sales & Marketing), know how in project management preferred
• Excellent conceptual and analytical problem solving skills, strong capabilities to work with large data sets
• Superior knowledge of financial and accounting theory, principles and practices
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a focus on planning and prioritizing workload in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent in English and excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expert level PC skills (emphasis on MS Excel, Access, SAP BW) and a deep understanding of databases and SAP
