A Japanese international company based in Dusseldorf, Germany is now looking for a Multilingual Sales Representative.
Your duties will involve:
Liaising with suppliers and clients in Japanese, English and Italian, including both written and spoken business communication.
Creating and processing invoices, credit and debit notes.
Setting up customer accounts and managing orders until delivery.
Ordering from international suppliers and making international purchase orders.
Reception cover when required during first year of service.
Software use includes Excel and Word.
The successful candidate will need to have business level Japanese, Italian and English languages.
Previous working experience in the Import/Export industry is advantageous.
Salary:
€26,000 plus company car and benefits
