For our client, an international well-known company, we are looking for User Help Desk Analysts (m/f) with Dutch and French knowledge for a long-term project.
Your tasks:
- Be a competent contact person for international customers in the economic and administrative sector
- Support customers in hard- and software problems
- Qualify and solve complex tasks in the IT field in Dutch, French and English language
- Cooperate with internal and external support functions
Your profile:
- Good to very good software skills as well as confidence in using in Windows XP and MS Office applications
- Good hardware knowledge
- Technical interest and readiness for training courses
- Fluent Dutch skills
- Very good communication skills in German and English
- Available for flexible work times and shift work
