Company: Our client is a company who operates in the hospitality sector and has been extremely successful. Due to the recent success of their business they now have available a position for a German Customer Account Manager Frankfurt Germany.
Role:In this role you will be required to reach out to hospitality partners via telephone to train, educate, encourage, problem-solve and gather customer feedback. You must work with competitors to maximize their online opportunity by improving their software configuration and engaging with online promotions. In addition you will work with the customer support teams to establish technical problems and enhance customer satisfaction. Customer Account Managers will assist with website changes, product additions, product removals, and other account status change processes.
Skills: The skills required for a German Customer Account Manager are as follows;
- Fluent in German and English
- 2-3 years account management experience
- Excellent communication, listening, influencing and training skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic call-centre environment and across departments to solve problems and achieve results
- Excellent organization and time management skills
