A Japanese company based in Dusseldorf is urgently looking for a Japanese speaking P.A/Administrator.
Administrations:
• Coordinating the vendor meeting
• Maintaining company profile and website
• Legal trading issue support
• Supporting to make the meeting documents and reports
• Handing customer inquiries through website
Quality and information Management:
• Making product assessment database
• Making product labelling listing &checking
Quality management
• Supporting the request the analysis at lab for main products
• Updating product assessments and keeping the record
• Organizing the legal documents
Information management and ISO management
All other secretarial support
The successful candidate must have good business experiences and speak business level of Japanese, English and German.
