My client is a very successful German company that provide a variety of services within the automotive industry to the European market. Due to a great success they are currently expanding their teams and looking for Customer Service Executives.
Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Executive you will be in charge of managing relationships with partners and clients. You will be in charge of the Benelux market territory supporting clients and providing a high level of assistance. This is not just a call centre role. You will be in charge of your own territory. This includes a variety of different tasks and responsibilities B2B and B2C.
Skills required:
You need to be Fluent in Dutch or Flemish and French with ideally some experience in customer services. However, as a very good training is provided, Graduates that would like to quick start their career within a very successful organization would also be considered if they speak both languages.
