Role: A new position has been created for a Norwegian speaking customer service representative in the Berlin offices. The person in this position is responsible for providing the customer with support and improving the company`s products and procedures to maintain customer satisfaction at all times. Their role includes, being the first point of contact for customers looking for support, answering incoming calls and emails, answering internal and external customer questions both technical and general, providing high quality customer service to achieve customer satisfaction, delegating customers to their applicable language department of the company, being able to cross-sell and up-sell high quality products when necessary and using customer opinion to improve products and customer service.
Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Norwegian and fluent German or English. The candidate must be decisive, highly motivated, enthusiastic, have the ability to work in a team and possess excellent communicational skills both verbally and written. Previous experience in customer service, call centres etc would help with the dealing of customers. Basic IT skills such as the use of Microsoft Office and the internet are required. Multi-tasking and organisational skills and the ability to identify solutions would be a benefit.
