Turkish Speaking Customer Support Specialist
(First Level)
The objective of the Customer Support Specialist is to resolve remote users IT problems by means of a first time fix or by dispatching for on-site support.
Tasks:
Answer contacts promptly and professionally (handle incoming e-mails and calls)
Provides customer assistance with routine inquiries and problems such as software, hardware and network operations
Log/Validate all contacts Call Handling Database
Manage end to end all calls logged, providing regular updates to customers on call status
May involve use of problem management database and help desk systems
Provide support to multiple desk
Attending on internal trainings
Requirements:
Fluent in Turkish language
Strong medium knowledge of English language is a must for internal communication
Strong user-level IT skills
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Customer orientated
Dynamic, open personality
