We want you as Customer Service Agent (m/f) for IBM with English, French, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch or Min Nan
Your Duties
- You support international clients of IBM via telephone and email.
- Initial support of hardware incidents is part of your duty.
- You classify, document and transfer customer issues.
- With the help of a database and special tools you will solve or isolate incidents.
- You lead a qualified dialogue with the end user to analyze issues and isolate errors.
Your Profile
- You have practical skills of Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook and Exchange).
- You have well-grounded hardware- and network-skills (POS -cash point, printer, scanner).
- Advantageously, you already have experience in working with customers.
- You are a good communicator, who loves to work in an international team.
- You don`t mind working shifts.
- A level of very good English and French or Portuguese or Italian or Dutch or Min Nan completes your profile.
We can offer you a long-term position at IBM. You´ll have the chance to exercise your language skills in an international work environment. We help you get started in Germany (free accommodation for the first 2 to 4 weeks and we will assist you with your application at the foreign office). Additionally, we offer you the possibility to educate yourself with our Career Up-Program.
