The Berlin Shared Service Center is providing services in Human Resources as well as Finance &
Accounting to more than 100 BASF Group companies throughout Europe.

What you can expect:

- Responsible for providing monthly payroll processing for our Belgian group companies
- Implementing, improving and maintaining administrative HR procedures in SAP HR
- Close cooperation with our local HR business partners in Belgium as well as our internal service departments in Berlin
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR servicing are met
- Project work (partly in Belgium), during the first year and dependent upon your position

What we expect:

- Educational background: master (preferably)or bachelor
- Strong motivation to become a payroll professional
- Experience in an administrative (HR) environment is a plus
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, high levels of initiative, willingness to learn
- Team player with excellent intercultural communication skills and customer orientation
- Proactive and entrepreneurial personality, you are able to work towards deadlines
- Good knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of SAP R/3 is a plus
- Fluent Dutch and good English or German language skills; French is a plus
- Willingness to travel within Germany and Benelux
