For our customer IBM in Erfurt we are looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) with French, Italian and English.

Your Tasks
• Supporting international clients from commercial and administrative companies from all over Europe via telephone and email.
• Support of clients using IT networks
• Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
• Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists

Your Profile
• Fluent in French, Italian and English. Any additional language (German, Flemish…) welcome.
• Very good PC hardware or software skills
• Technically interested and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and to do shift work.
