You are the voice of the company and also the first point of contact for our player community. Proven Pan European sales, business development and account management experience.<br /> <br /> Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br /> Network within the industry, vertical, market and accounts to establish new client contacts<br /> Quickly grasp client business requirements and fit solutions around those specific needs<br /> Experience ideally in one or more of the following industries:<br /> Bio-Tech/Pharmaceutical<br /> Electronic Manufacturing (Test, SMT)<br /> Semiconductor<br /> Automotive (metalworking/machine tools)<br /> Food/Chemical Processing and Packaging<br /> Communicate and present effectively to all client levels, including Board<br /> Maintain frequent and personal contact and develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues and cross selling opportunities for the company<br /> Manage all phases of the business development cycles to from initial client meetings to final contract negotiations<br /> Demonstrate understanding of key business and profit drivers for us and our customers<br /> Effectively utilize lead generation system<br /> Required Skills/Experience: <br /> Fluent in German and English essential plus Russian or Italian is desirable.<br /> Proven Senior level sales experience on a pan European basis<br /> Demonstrated record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quotas<br /> Skilled at identifying decision-makers and building strong executive relationships<br /> Knowledge of capital assets in the remarketing or leasing arenas or at least one of our verticals is preferred<br /> Excellent communication and organizational skills<br /> Self-starting, persuasive, and driven<br /> Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint<br /> Our client has appointed eSift as their resource partner we are managing this role on their behalf.
