Your Duties&lt;br /&gt;

- You support international clients of IBM via telephone and email.&lt;br /&gt;
- Initial support of hardware incidents is part of your duty.&lt;br /&gt;
- You classify, document and transfer customer issues.&lt;br /&gt;
- With the help of a database and special tools you will solve or isolate incidents.&lt;br /&gt;
- You lead a qualified dialogue with the end user to analyze issues and isolate errors.&lt;br /&gt;

Your Profile&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
- You have practical skills of Microsoft Windows XP and Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, PowerPoint,&lt;br /&gt;
Outlook and Exchange).&lt;br /&gt;
- You have well-grounded hardware- and network-skills (POS -cash point, printer, scanner).&lt;br /&gt;
- Advantageously, you already have experience in working with customers.&lt;br /&gt;
- You are a good communicator, who loves to work in an international team.&lt;br /&gt;
- You don`t mind working shifts.&lt;br /&gt;
- A level of very good English and French or Portuguese or Italian or Dutch or Min Nan completes your profile.&lt;br /&gt;
