You are the voice and ear of Zalando and the first contact person for our customers. You will handle inquiries via telephone, email and chat about delivery, returns, payments, product information and a lot more!

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR.
-Expertise. You have previous experience in customer care and are customer focused and passionate about excellent service.
-Communication. You always find the right words and know how to turn customers into fans. You have excellent knowledge of Czech in written and spoken form and are also fluent in German and/or English.
-Multitasking. You enjoy working with different software like SAP, Salesforce or ACD, even under time pressure. You make the right conclusion from our customer’s feedback and actively support the improvement of our customer service. You have excellent computer skills.
