€30k BASE+€10K Bonus
Company: Our client is a technology service partner with a difference. They offer high value services to global technology companies to assist them research and enter new markets, profile customer targets, expand territories and develop new business opportunities.
Role: They have opened a new office in Berlin, Germany and are now hiring a German Sales Team Leader to manage their new Sales Team. You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 6 staff selling software to assigned customer accounts in the German, Austrian and Swiss markets.
The Sales team will follow up on leads, sales initiatives, promotions and develop a specific market sector. You will be responsible for managing the German speaking sales team in Berlin and ensuring that they are hitting sales performance metrics, sales ratios and revenue targets.
You will manage the sales of a technology company and will have to report your call ratios, performance and sales activity for each week. This is a “hands on” sales management role that will see you assist your team hit targets, make calls, close deals and do sales demonstrations and training with your team.
Skills: The ideal candidates will speak Fluent German and English as well as 2-5 years outbound sales, IT Sales or lead generation preferably in an IT or Technology environment. You will need a track record as a Sales Team Leader where you can demonstrate success in managing a team and driving revenue and performance metrics.
