Role: A new position exists for a Customer Service Team Leader to join their team, as part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing their French customer service team. This role will involve performance management, 1-to-1's, reviews and service level agreements. This new team leader will be responsible for supporting customers through email contact and some phone support too.

Skills: The ideal candidate will speak native level French, with fluent English. He/ She will need a minimum of 12 months customer service team lead experience. In addition you will possess good communication skills and line management experience. This is a detailed and challenging team lead role that requires ability to interact with agents, team leaders, operations managers and customers.
