Dutch Technical Support & Helpdesk in Dusseldorf, Germany up to €25,000 + bens.

Increased growth has created a number of opportunities for Dutch technical support professionals to join their team in Dusseldorf, Germany.
Role: New positions now exist for Dutch professionals to join their 1st line support team. As part of their EMEA IT team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing customers in the Benelux area. This role will involve email, Instant message and phone contact with customers to identify and troubleshoot network and technical issues.
Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent Dutch and English. In addition you will possess good IT skills in Microsoft technologies, NT. Windows Server, Workstation, XP, 2000 & networking. This is a detailed and challenging Dutch IT Support role that requires ability to interact with a variety of clients, team members and systems in order to deliver the service at the desired level.
