Our client is a progressive and highly prestigious IT Services Company offering expertise to various well known, quality-driven clients nationwide. With global capabilities, the company is devoted to promoting increased profitability and productivity through the efficient use of IT.
They are now looking to recruit a fluent German speaking Level II Citrix Engineering/Support Professional to join their Citrix/VDI Services Team.
Responsibilities will include: Citrix support, Windows, Terminal Services, Active Directory and GPO troubleshooting.
The successful candidate will be fluent in German or Swiss German, have experience supporting Citrix MetaFrame / Presentation Server and Citrix NFuse (Web Interface) and Secure Gateway/Access Gateway. A strong understanding of Windows 2000/03, and Network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/VPN) is also desirable, as is an understanding of Active Directory and GPOs.
Normal business hours with rotating shift to cover 24/7/365 service desk.
Possibly 1 week per month to 6 weeks will be a night shift.
The role is based in New Jersey,USA, with the possibility of occasional international travel to Switzerland.
Candidates should be willing to relocate to the United States.
Salary to US$100,000.
