Your Duties:
- Giving support on installation and problem diagnostics on inkjet printers as well as multi functional devices
- Allocation of advanced troubleshootings
- Qualified escalations of product related problems to a higher level of support (2nd Level)
Second-Level-Support
Your Profile:
- The ability to perform technical support on peripheral equipment
- Advanced knowledge regarding Network topology (TCP/IP, Wireless Lan)
- Outstanding ability in using Operational Systems as (XP, Vista, Windows 7)
Mac OS desirable
- Excellent skills in writing and speaking Dutch
- Good English knowledge
- Professional appearance and empathy opposite end-users as well as business cutomers
- Very good competence in communication
- Working in an extraordinary good Team
- Flexibilty
