Responsibilities:

-Soft- and hardware support for notebooks.
-Troubleshooting.
-Parts qualification.
-Complaint management.
-Support for end consumers, business customers and technicians.

As part of the technical support team you will become an official certified specialist in notebook support. You will provide (mainly via telephone but also via email) technical notebook support for end consumer and business customers for our client (one of the leading technology companies in the world).

Your profile:

-Technical oriented with a good knowledge of PC-/notebook technology.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft operating systems.
-Willingness to learn about this area.
-Being service oriented and able to resist to stress and handle kindly customer’s complaints is mandatory.
-Good communication skills.
-Fluently written and verbal Dutch, good English skills (for documentation reasons)
