JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. You will build up knowledge and skills with international experience and products.
2. You will lead engineering team of car seats of new business.
3. You will lead engineering team for activities to have new business.
4. You are responsible for the Design engineering and testing.
5. You will have international colleagues.
PROFILE:
- German and English is esstenial
- Must have Degree in engineering.
- Previous senior management level experience in Car Seat design engineering.
- Previous experience working for German Car manufacturer.
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1 Seat supplier.
- Previous experience managing a team of engineers.
- Team player who can adapt to the Japanese business culture.
- Experience working with a Japanese company is an asset.
