A Japanese company based in Dusseldorf is urgently looking for a Japanese speaking P.A. to Sales Director.
You will be responsible for supporting clerk works for Sales Director, including Sales ordering coordination with his clients; enquiries and coordination for his clients' call-off warehouse stocks; enquiries and coordination for his clients' sales invoice receivables; internal coordination with Order processing dept. and Accounting dept. for his clients' matters; drafting letters and presentations.
The successful candidate must have good business experiences and speak fluent English and Japanese.
