Our client, a world leader in Internet advertising is seeking a Technical Website Support candidate with fluency in German and English.
The successful applicant will work closely with Web publishers, advertisers and agencies and to provide optimized contextual advertising campaigns.
Key responsibilities:
You will be technical point of contact for German and international publishers on all implementation issues.
Liaison between internal teams and external clients including, Business Development, QA and Campaign Management managing product implementation across entire account lifecycle.
Duties will include the generation of contextual and VIA publisher tags, monitoring the deployment of our client’s products across new publisher partners, providing proactive monitoring of active Partners and working with both Publisher and internal technical teams to troubleshoot ad delivery issues.
Ensure a consistently high standard of implementation quality across all new and existing Partner sites.
Manage customer expectations relating to product performance and delivery of service.
Contributing to the development of internal tools and processes improvements.
Providing ad hoc support for the Global Partner Operations team as required.
Active participation in national and international projects.
Requirements
The successful applicant will have 1-2 years experience (preferable in technical support of websites). A mixture of technical skills and a customer oriented approach. You will be good with technical things with the ability to communicate issues and technical points effectively to colleagues and partner websites.
Excellent German and English language skills.
University degree, apprenticeship in business administration or technical training, within the advertising or online media business.
Good programming skills (HTML, JavaScript), experience with CSS, DHTML, ASP and SQP.
Experience working with 3rd Party Adserving Systems (Adtech, Atlas, Dart, usw.) an advantage.
Willingness to provide excellent internal & external customer support, and a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (written and spoken).
Excellent problem-solving self-organization and prioritisation skills.
Fast learner regarding new systems (Partner Management System, Tag generator, CRM, Adserver).
Efficient when working under pressure, independently and accurately with a target-driven, results focused attitude.
MS Office (especially Word, Excel, Outlook).
