Localisation Producer / Project Manager (m/f)
In this position you will be responsible for coordinating the localisation of AAA software titles for the EU
market from our partners. You will plan, monitor and control a variety of resources to ensure the on
time completion of your projects. You will need excellent skills to interface with different departments and to effectively lead team members from various cultures and backgrounds on a day-to-day basis in order to create a product that meets the highest standards of quality.
TASKS:
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring localisation projects with a multi
- Scheduling of tasks, deadlines and milestones
- Creation of Gantt charts in MS Project for distribution to concerned parties
- Acquisition and dissemination of information to project teams as required
- Coordination of communication between project teams and external departments involved in
localization process
- Identification and solving of problems quickly and effectively
- Monitoring of project progress, reporting of status, and escalation of issues as required
- Working to ensure on-schedule completion of project
- For your projects, be the main point of contact between your team, external partners and stakeholders:
be accountable, transparent and flexible
- Maintenance of direction and conceptual integrity of the original product
- Evaluation of software to understand project requirements
- Evaluation of team performance
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree from accredited four
- Minimum 2 years experience in console videogame industry, preferably in console video game products
and project management
- Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple
- Self-motivation, initiative, and ability to solve problems and make decisions while acting independently
and decisively
- Ability to lead and execute localisation projects in all levels

- Awareness of cross cultural differences and understanding of Japanese culture (Japanese language
knowledge a plus).
