Call Center Agents (m / f)
Technical Support for the Slovenian language

Job description:
• Technical customer support via phone and email.
• Entering customer data and call information in different databases.

Requirements:
• Fluent in Slovenian language and writing
• Skilled in expressing in the Slovenian language ("ABN").
• The ability to adapt to a changing situation.
• Being able to offer customized solutions.
• Flexible, team-oriented and an eye for quality.
• Good sense of the English language for use in the workplace.
• Knowledge of German desirable but not required.
