For our customer IBM in Erfurt we are looking for multilingual Customer Service Representatives (m/f). This role requires you to speak Italian, French and German or English on a very good level.
The following duties belong to your responsibilities:
• Supporting international IBM clients from commercial and administrative companies from all
over Europe via telephone and email
• Support of clients using IT networks
• Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
• Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists
Your Profile
• You have practical skills of Windows platforms as well as standard application softwares such
as Microsoft Office
• You can also solve general hardware problems
• Your helpdesk experience is of advantage
• You are communicative and love to work in an international team
• Shifts are no problem for you
• You speak very good English or German beside Italian and French
Your Perspectives
