The Berlin Shared Service Center is providing services in Human Resources as well as Finance &
Accounting to more than 100 BASF Group companies throughout Europe.
What you can expect:
Our Accounts Payable Department, with its state-of-the-art technology, provides electronic invoice processing services for a number of BASF group companies.
You will be responsible for various tasks ranging from invoice checking to payment run. Cooperating
with BASF group companies in terms of checking and approval of invoices using a specific workflow
tool will also be part of your responsibilities.
What we expect:
- Completed professional training in commerce
- Several years of experience in accounting is an asset
- Good data-processing knowledge (SAP R/3 FI, CO and MS Office applications)
- Very good knowledge of Spanish and good knowledge of German or English
- Team and communication skills
- Willingness to learn, reliable and highly motivated
