The Berlin Shared Service Center is providing services in Human Resources as well as Finance &
Accounting to more than 100 BASF Group companies throughout Europe.
What you can expect:
- Responsible for providing monthly payroll processing for our Spanish group companies
- Improving and maintaining administrative HR procedures in SAP HR
- Close cooperation with our local HR business partners in Spain as well as our internal service departments in Berlin
- Ensure that all legal and regulatory requirements concerning our HR servicing are met
- Collaboration in projects
What we expect:
- Educational background: master (preferably) or bachelor
- Experience in Payroll and in an administrative (HR) environment
- Strong organizational skills, you are able to work towards deadlines
- Motivated team player with excellent intercultural communication skills and high levels of customer orientation
- Proactive and independent personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office is a must; knowledge of SAP R/3
- Fluent Spanish and good English and/ or German language skills
