Expanding Scientific Equipment company seeks a Field Service Engineer to provide a high level of service and technical advise for customers, distributors and internal staff.
The role will involve:
Performing routine maintenance, emergency repairs, installation, training as well as general support in a professional, and prompt manner
Respond effectively and professionally to all customer requests for service and support
Provide clear and accurate service report for all work carried out
Ensure effective liaison with other departments, Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Engineering and production
Based in Frankfurt you will be required to travel regularly within Germany.
The successful candidate will have an industry recognised qualification in Engineering or appropriate field, along with relevant industry experience (a working knowledge of electronics, hydraulic and mechanical systems would be advantageous) The candidate will also have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and be able to troubleshoot and problem solve where required.
