Company: Our client is a fast growing Gaming Company specializing in massively multi-player online (MMO) games. Their website offers a variety of free online games of all ranges localized in different languages and they are now recruiting Game Masters for their offices in Berlin.
Role: As part of their Russian support team you will be responsible for ensuring that players enjoy their gaming experience to the maximum. You will assist their online gaming customers on a range of in-game issues such as new levels, bugs and purchasing add-ons as well as answering ad hoc support queries. Alongside with that you will reinforce the relationship with the community of players by organizing events, providing updates and information on future enhancements. There will be also some translation involved and social networking interaction on fan pages, gaming forums and communities.
Skills: The ideal candidates will possess previous experience as a Game Master (GM) or customer support executive and an interest on massively multiplayer online role playing games (MMO and MMORPG) and FPS games, online gaming and have good pc skills. Candidates with good customer service or people skills are at an advantage as you will be speaking to and emailing customers.
In addition you will speak Russian and English.
