For our customer IBM in Erfurt we are looking for Customer Service Agents (m/f) with Dutch,French and German/English.
Your Tasks
• Supporting international clients from commercial and administrative companies from all
over Europe via telephone and email.
• Support of clients using IT networks
• Qualifying and solving IT related questions and problems
• Communication and cooperation with internal or external support specialists
Your Profile
• Fluent in Dutch and very good knowledge of two of the following languages: French,
English and German (any additional languages like Danish, Italian .. are welcome)
• Very good PC hardware or software skills
• Technically interested and willing to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and shifts.
