For our customer, a daughter company of IBM Germany, we are looking for an IT Analyst / Customer Support Representative (m/f) with Finnish and Swedish languageskills for a long-term project in Erfurt.
Your tasks:
- Support our customers by using data processing applications
- Analyse and solve complex problems in Finnish, Swedish and English language
- 1st level support via telephone and mails
- Support of operating systems like Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and XP
- Collect, document and refer extensive enquiries to 2nd and 3rd level
Your profile:
- Good software and hardware knowledge
- Technical interest and attendance to further education
- Apprenticeship in the IT field desirable
- Excellent Finnish, Swedish and English knowledge (oral and written)
- German Skills preferred
- Experience in handling of IT users advantageous
- Open mindedness, ability to communicate, ability to work under pressure
