Our client is a global shared services company with locations in 35 countries and global presence. They provide IT, customer support and administration service for multinational organizations within several sectors. They have very strong financial establishment: 85000 employees, 55 offices worldwide. They are the growing supplier of communication and logistics services. They operates in the field of new Medias services, enjoy an excellent reputation worldwide.
Daily duties:
• To support Software Assurances
• Dealing with Businesses that have Licenses between 100 and 1000 on contract
• Answer any questions in relation to the contracts
• 50/50 email and phone support
Requirements:
• Fluent Norwegian speaker
• Fluent in English
• Very good communication skills.
• Need to have an understanding of MS Office products- not on a professional level, a personal level will do
