With over 50 years experience in the global markets, this specialist manufacturer now has commercial customers in more than 30 countries around the world.
Working from their offices in Düsseldorf, Germany they are now seeking to hire a front line Service Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of their manufacturing machinery at their client premises around Europe, Russia, Middle East and Africa.
Due to the nature of this position a background or relevant qualification in Engineering will be essential however training will be provided on the specifics of my clients machinery.
As the successful candidate will be travelling to many different locations around the world fluency in English language will be required as well as fluency or advanced knowledge of French or German languages.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Representing the company with their clients
- Installing the purchased machinery onsite (frequent business travel will be required)
- Activation and production testing
- Fixing start up issues and procedures
- Training machine operators in basic maintenance and upkeep
- Advising on production queries
- Submitting regular reports to HQ
Languages required:
Fluent English, French and German
Also required will be a valid EU driving licence in order to effectively visit clients premises.
